Where do we ship?

In addition to continental Finland, we deliver to Åland Islands, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia and Germany.

Delivery Times

For products we have in stock, delivery time is usually between 4 and 10 days.

VAT

All prices in our web store contain the Finnish VAT, which is 24 %.

Delivery Methods

We ship using DPD’s and Postnord delivery methods. Postnord partner couriers and/or carriers may vary in different countries.

Delivery Costs

We offer fixed rates on delivery costs: DPD prices are not dependent on physical size of delivery. Delivery costs for DPD delivery are from 15 euros depending on weight.

DPD deliveries are made between 8 A.M. and 4 P.M. If you are not at home between these hours on weekdays, please enter your home address as the billing address and your work address as the delivery address.

Deliveries to Åland

The customer will initially pay for the entire order price. Upon shipping the order, the Finnish value added tax (VAT in Finland is 24 %) will be refunded to the customer's credit account.

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Toimitusajat

Lähetämme tuotteet pääsääntöisesti 2-4 työpäivän sisällä tilauksen saapumisesta.
Pidätämme oikeuden purkaa kauppa mikäli tilaamasi tuote ei ole saatavilla.

Vaihto- ja palautusoikeus

Tuotteilla on 14 vrk vaihto- ja palautusoikeus. Oikeus koskee perusmalliston tuotteita, ei mittatilaustuotteita.

Toimitamme tuotteet Suomessa Postnordin välityksellä. Raskaat lähetykset toimitamme erikseen sovitulla tavalla.

Toimitus- ja käsittelykulumme riippuu tuotteiden painosta.
